No, they will not. I'm working toward developing tools for other platforms but at this time they are intended for Adobe Photoshop 2015 or later.

At this time, no. The Photoshop app is completely different on iPad versus desktop or laptop so most if not all of the tools are not compatible on tablets. We hope Adobe makes an update soon.
